<p>The TOEFL exam is administered by an organization called ETS.  All questions concerning the TOEFL exam should be directed to ETS. On that site, you will find TOEFL details, test registration information, free test preparation materials, and a list of frequently asked questions.<br /><br />If you are applying for a Fulbright grant, you should discuss your TOEFL questions with the Fulbright Program contact in your country.
