Fulbright Program
I didn’t get a Fulbright! Who can I talk to about the decision? Or: Nobody has responded to my Fulbright application! Now who should I contact?
The Fulbright Association does not administer any of the Fulbright grants; therefore, we are unable to provide you with any information on your grant application. However, we suggest you contact the organization which administers the type of Fulbright grant for which you applied; a list with links to their home pages may be found here. You can also direct your concerns to the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board:

The J. William Fulbright Scholarship Board is composed of twelve educational and public leaders appointed by the President of the United States to formulate the policies, procedures, and selection criteria that govern the Fulbright Program. The Board also selects the grantees for Fulbright awards.
